Publication Procedure and Peer review policy
To ensure high quality of the article we follow usual the ethics of publication of the scientific articles. For the articles received for publication we follow the following process before publication.
1. After receiving manuscript a confirmation email is sent to the corresponding author along with a request to become a member of the Academy. All manuscripts submitted for publication are initially viewed by the editorial board. The author(s) are to declare in prescribes form that they are fully responsible for the contents of the articles contributed. A declaration form formwill be sent to corresponding author and has to submit it along with the plagiarism certificate of the article.
2. After initial screening process, the manuscripts are sent to two referees. The referees are chosen according to their expertise in the field. They evaluate the manuscript based on the reviewer's guideline and recommend for publication/rejection. Articles that are not accepted for publication are not resent to the authors.
3. The author(s) are suggested to follow the guidelines provided for research articles and prior to submission it should be complete in all respect and carefully checked. Incomplete research articles shall be rejected without assigning any reason thereof.
4. If the referee suggests some corrections/changes to improve the article, the corrected article along the referee’s report will be sent to the corresponding author to do the needful according the referee’s report. The corrected manuscript will be again sent the same referee for review. If the referee is satisfied, the article will be accepted otherwise it will be rejected.
5. On getting a favourable opinion from referees, the editorial board will take the final decision for acceptance of the article and will be placed for publication in the upcoming issue and the acceptance letter is sent to the corresponding author.
6. Authors whose paper is accepted for publication have to become the member and to pay the processing charges. The membership Subscription is Rs 900 (Indian)/US D 75.00(Others).per calender year and the processing charges @ Rs.500/-(Indian)/ US D 25.00(other) per standard page of the journal.
All the submitted articles will be reviewed subject to availabilityof the refereeand there is no time binding for the publication
